The back of the property is fully fenced with grassy side yards and a screened lanai that is home to a heated swimming pool, chaise lounges for sunning, and a covered outdoor living room area with lounge seating. Inside, the home has a spacious open kitchen, masterfully remodeled in a sleek, modern style. The living room is at the front of the home and the dining area is off the kitchen toward the back, leading out to the lanai. Four bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to ten people as one bedroom has two queen size beds (in a bunk bed format).
