Escape to sunny Naples in ultimate comfort at Lime Tree Beach House! Located on the coveted 500 block of Naples Park, the house is newly renovated and walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The fenced backyard oasis has a heated pool and hot tub, paver brick deck, chaise lounges for sunning, a firepit, and an outdoor dining area all surrounded by tropical landscaping including, you guessed it - a lime tree! A covered and screened lanai is furnished with lounge seating and a TV. Inside, the open kitchen has gorgeous waterfall edge quartz countertops and the kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line kitchenwares. Smart TVs in all rooms, cable service and high speed WiFi are included to please all guests! The master bedroom has an ensuite bath, king size bed and walk-in closet. One guest bedroom has a king size bed and the other (at the front of the house) has a full size bed and they share the guest bathroom which has a large dual sink vanity. The two car garage is stocked with beach gear and bikes including 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, 3 adult size bikes and one child size bike. Tennis, racquetball and basketball courts are just a short ride away (1.5 miles) on Vanderbilt Beach Road at Pelican Bay Community Park. Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach (recently named on of the Top 10 beaches in the US!) is a mile from the house and outdoor shopping, dining and nightlife center Mercato (which has a Whole Foods!) is under 2 miles from the house. The Naples Park neighborhood is surrounded by great restaurants and resorts including the Ritz Carlton Naples which is just over a mile away. For a tropical getaway with all the comforts a new home offers, Lime Tree Beach House awaits! PET POLICY: Some dogs will be permitted with approval of the specific breed and age. Please include this information in your inquiry or booking for consideration. Additional pet fees will apply in the amount of $100 per booking plus $25/dog/day. NOTE ON WINTER HOLIDAY WEEKS: We will NOT be able to confirm any bookings that include check-in or check-out on December 24th-25th, 2022 or December 31st-January 1st, 2023 due to the holidays. Weekly rentals for the holiday weeks will need to run from Friday-Friday, either 12/23-12/30 or 12/30-1/6. Thank you!
