A fire pit is perfect for enjoying nights outside with the gulf breeze rolling in. Your private gas-heated infinity edge pool has a swim up bar with in water stools, a sun shelf with chaise sun lounges and an oversized hot tub. Turn on the water feature and multicolor LED lights for evening ambiance! In the spacious outdoor kitchen you are set up to entertain with tons of counter space, a refrigerator, ice maker and another gas grill.
INTERIOR: The lower level is complete with an open concept kitchen with gas range and Wolf espresso machine, wine bar area with wine coolers and another ice maker, formal dining room, study with an attached full bathroom and the laundry room. Upstairs, you?ll find another spacious living room that opens out to your sunset viewing deck with synthetic grass - it doubles as a bocce court! The second master and two guest bedrooms are upstairs, along with a second washer and dryer, all connected to the lower level by a private elevator. Gulf Shore Grand is a Smart Home with Smart TVs in both living rooms, the office, all bedrooms and on the covered lanai. A control 4 system allows control of a lighting, thermostats, security system and the home?s music speaker system from a central control panel. A one-car garage and separate two-car garage are available for parking and storage of the beach gear provided, including chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart.
HOUSEKEEPING: One weekly housekeeping visit by the home's regular cleaning crew is included with all rentals and shall be arranged at a mutually agreeable day and time.
CONCIERGE SERVICES: A member of our team will meet you at your check-in to provide a tour of the property and answer any questions you have about how to operate various amenities. A full weekly cleaning is included in your pricing - additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request. Please inquire for assistance in setting up additional services such as private chef, boat charters, beach picnics, bike and golf cart rentals, etc.
BOOKING DETAILS: Dates are not confirmed until we receive your inquiry and approve your rental. Between December-April, a 2+ month rental and/or even month dates (check-in on 1st of month, checkout on last day of month) may be required. Please inquire!
SECURITY: This property is protected by security cameras which are mounted around the perimeter of the property's exterior. There are no cameras inside the house.
