Ceretti Villa is a single story attached villa home with a private 2-car garage, located in the new resort community of Esplanade by the Islands in south Naples! From the side front door entry, you are lead into the center of the home. To the right, the dazzling designer kitchen opens to the living room and is joined adjacently by the dining room. At the back of the home rests a screened lanai, perfect for enjoying fresh Florida air and experiencing the famed Gulf Coast sunsets in the distance. Off of the living room at the rear of the home, you'll find the primary suite. It includes an impeccable bay window in the bedroom area, along with a bath that boasts dual sinks, a private commode, and an expansive shower. The guest bedrooms are located on the other side, at the front of the home, along with another full bath, the laundry room, den/study, and access to the 2-car garage. The Esplanade by the Islands community has sidewalks throughout for walking and jogging, and the villa homes have access to a community pool area within walking distance from the home which has chaise lounges, a covered outdoor dining area, a fire pit lounge space, and restrooms. The community will also have a larger, resort style amenity center with the following planned amenities: Wellness Center, Culinary Center, Resort-Style Pool and Spa, Bahama Bar & Grill, Sports Courts for Tennis, Pickleball & Bocce Ball, Dog Park, Fitness Center with Locker Rooms, and a Massage Treatment Room. This amenity center will not be complete for the 2024 winter season, so amenities will be limited to the community pool area. PETS: Well trained dogs will be permitted on a case by case basis with approval of the specific dog. Pet fees of $100 per booking + $25/day pet rent will apply. Please provide the breed and age of your dog prior to booking in order to receive approval.
