From there, enter the ground floor entry area of the townhouse where you will find stairs and an elevator leading up to the main floor. The chef's kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and has a french door out to a private balcony furnished with a conversation set - the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the balmy gulf breeze! Also on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bath. Another elevator ride takes you to the third floor, where there is a landing/study area with a desk and entrances to both the master and guest bedrooms.
