HOME LAYOUT: Enter from your private 2-car garage or at the formal front door entry. A large kitchen opens to the dining room which is adjacent to the living room, all of which have sliding glass doors out to the screened southwest facing lanai with lake views. The primary bedroom is located at the back of the home with a king size bed, french door out the lanai and a massive en suite marble appointed bathroom with dual sink vanities, soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedrooms are at the front of the home and each have their own bathroom, both with glass enclosed showers. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer leads into the garage.
AMENITIES: The Callista subdivision has a beautiful pool that is walking distance from the home. Rental of Callista also comes with the option to transfer the owners' Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa membership for a one-time flat fee of $750. This provides access to the 54,000-square-foot Club & Spa featuring lagoon-style pools, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, and both casual and fine dining restaurants. The club also offers a range of activities designed to appeal to a variety of interests, from bird watching and spinning classes to wine tastings and themed dinner parties. Members can choose to do it all or simply relax poolside with a cold drink under the shade of an umbrella!
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation. All rentals in the Callista community require approval by the condo association and payment of a $2,000 refundable damage deposit that covers potential damage by the renter and guests to community amenities. This is in addition to all rental costs detailed on your price quote and must be paid by check sent directly to the Callista association. Instructions applicable forms will be provided upon booking or upon request in advance of booking.
2025 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.
