Watercourse Villa I is a 3 bedroom + den, 3.5 bath single family home in Talis Park, one of Naples' most coveted golf club communities. Downtown Naples (5th Ave & Tin City) is 17 miles to the south and Ft. Myers Beach is 18 miles to the north.

Booking Details: Minimum rental term is 1 month, per HOA rules. During peak season January-April, a 2 month minimum rental is required but 3+ month rentals are preferred. All rentals of this property require approval by the Talis Park HOA. Application forms will be provided upon booking via email. Dates are not confirmed until we review and approve your rental term. The owners' full golf membership is transferable for a fee. The 2-car garage offers parking for 1 vehicle and storage for beach gear. There is 1 owner vehicle occupying the other half.
