The spacious lanai is enclosed with a new picture window screen cage that enhances the water views from the large heated saltwater swimming pool and covered outdoor living area. Southwestern exposure sets you up for enjoying long afternoons in the sun and beautiful sunset skies each evening. The screened lanai is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas, a dining table and chaise lounges and you?ll find additional space for sunning and enjoying the gulf breezes down on the oversized dock. Inside, you are welcomed from the front door into the living room with pocketing slider doors that showcase the "wow" factor view! The open floor plan flows into the finely appointed granite kitchen with breakfast bar and the dining area, again offering a picture window view out to the water. Three bedrooms plus a den and two full baths are set up to provide comfort in paradise. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plush designer carpeting, cable TV and an en suite bathroom with shower, separate tub, and dual vanities. The split floor plan places the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house with a shared bathroom between them. Your guests will be delighted by the water views from the queen guest bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed and both guest bedrooms have been finished with hard wood style flooring for a contemporary beach look and easy cleaning. The den, located off the main living room is equipped for versatility with a desk, flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa - use it as a fourth bedroom, private workspace, or TV room depending on the needs of your group. Max occupancy is listed at 8 people, but for groups with children there may be flexibility to 9 total people. Waterleaf has been thoughtfully equipped with all the modern amenities you?ll expect including high speed WiFi, cable TV, charging stations, Xbox gaming system, a Smart TV in the living room and premium white linens and towels.

PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup’s age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.

BOAT LIFT: Inquire for availability of the boat lift as an add-on. A boat lift fee of $100 will apply.

NOTE: The home has cameras that surveil the exterior areas including the front yard, driveway, garage, side yards and dock for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house or in the screened lanai/pool area.
