A full size in-unit laundry room and an attached 1-car garage on the ground floor (accessible by taking the shared elevator down to the ground floor) are lovely additional conveniences.

When you venture out, you will be thrilled with the fabulous amenities that Naples Lakes Country Club has to offer! Right within Lake Barrington, there is a pool and spa for residents of the subdivision only. At the main clubhouse, which is conveniently located just a third of a mile from the unit, there is an additional resort style pool with adjacent Arnie's cabana restaurant and bar where you can enjoy casual meals and drinks by the pool. In addition to the Arnold Palmer Signature 18-hole golf course and practice facilities, the club also offers a tennis program, bocce, a fitness center, and formal dining in the clubhouse.
